Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on system activity and alert conditions.

Consent: Customers provide consent during service onboarding by signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent disclosure, or by directly requesting SMS enrollment and providing a mobile phone number. Consent is obtained before messages are sent.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. A confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will be delivered.
